**Asset Maintenance.**

As the** Director of Asset Maintenance**your goal will be to ensure the prompt execution of
routine and preventative maintenance across our portfolio, while keeping with the highest
standards for safety. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a group of
maintenance professionals who are dedicated to tenant, guest, and resident satisfaction.
Your role will be to help them elevate their services by growing their skills, implementing
more efficient processes, and ensuring that they have the proper resources to make all
Armour Group properties top of the market. Supported by our leaders, this role will give you
the space to elevate your management skills and a place to bring your innovative best
practices to fruition.

**As Director of Asset Maintenance, you’ll get to**:

- Oversee a dedicated team of professionals located in Nova Scotia and New

Brunswick who conduct both preventative and routing maintenance programs
within our commercial, hospitality and residential portfolios
- Use your attention to detail, regularly inspect assets to ensure property

maintenance standards are being maintained
- Work with contractors to ensure scopes of work are comprehensive and diligently

performed
- Liaise with your colleagues to ensure fiscal responsibility for all aspects of

maintenance operations - providing reports, forecasts and reforecasts in
accordance with pre-determined milestones
- Direct the overall maintenance management strategy for the portfolio through

exemplary interpersonal skills and sound judgement
- Guide the team through complex maintenance tasks and teach effective work

methods
- Ensure environmental diligence and oversight for the portfolio
- Ensure the team is positioned to respond to tenant concerns in a professional and

diligent manner; completing analysis of recurring issues to establish proactive
response measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards.
