About Buca Osteria & Enoteca
Internationally celebrated for its locally sourced, constantly changing menu. Ingredients are seasonal and source specific where the “nose to tail” philosophy of cooking is embraced.
Guests are drawn to return for the warm hospitality and artisanal fare, including famed house-cured meats, pizza, and pasta inspired by the classic traditions of Italy with a contemporary culinary touch.
Consistently rated one of Canada’s top restaurants, Buca is a modern classic built on the perfect balance of old world and new.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of service experience in fine dining
- A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
- High level of knowledge of Italian food.
- Smart Serve Certification a requirement
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and sales ability
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour plus tips/overtime

**Job Types**: Full-time.
