**Position Overview**: RJCross is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. We have an opening for a Production & Warehouse Assistant. This role involves working in our customs department and warehouse, covering a range of responsibilities crucial to our operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with production processes to meet goals and deadlines. (including soldering, assembling light fixtures etc.)
- Conduct regular inspections of manufactured parts to maintain high product quality.
- Efficiently schedule and manage orders to fulfill customer requests on time.
- Ensure accurate allocation, management, and distribution of inventory.
- Prepare and pack orders in an orderly manner, including labeling and organizing items.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Capable of lifting items weighing 40 - 50 lbs.
- Uphold a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety guidelines.
