Responsibilities
- Define the Non-Functional Test Strategy
- Setup and configure the Performance testing tools
- Create the Performance Test Automation Strategy
- Monitor and track the automation for effectiveness
- Collaborate with relevant team members (BA’s, Dev and QA) to understand project scope and performance testing deliverables
- Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience

Qualifications & Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 10 + years of experience in testing, minimum 4+ years as a Performance test lead/Tester
- At least 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- Hands on experience with manual and automated Performance testing
- Hands on experience on installation, setup and configuration of HP Performance Center
- Hands on experience on HP Loadrunner
- Hands on experience on Load test framework setup
- Hands on experience on environment setup and configuration for performance testing
- Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills to drive change
