**The Role**

This role is based full-time in our Ottawa office. Ask us about our In-Office Friday Flex Day Program, which offers up to 12 paid Fridays off per year (in addition to your annual vacation days).

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

**Administrative Support**:
**Collaboration and Employer Branding**:

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role requirements and priorities.
- Help promote Versaterm’s employer brand through job postings and online engagement.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
