**Compensation**: $ Minimum Wage + Gas & Meals Covered During Travel Hours: 15-30 hours per week (based on event and marketing needs)

Fen’s Market is looking for creative and energetic Brand Ambassadors to join our marketing team this summer. This hands-on internship is a great opportunity for students looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, content creation, and event coordination. If you enjoy engaging with people, capturing exciting moments, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Fen’s Market is a locally owned and operated business that started in Woodstock, NB and has grown to 18 gas stations across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. We also operate Starbucks in Woodstock, NB, Coldbrook, NS, and Denny’s in Lake George, NB. **Key Responsibilities**
- Attend events at Fen’s Market locations in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick working closely with vendors and event partners.
- Capture high-quality content (photos, videos, etc.) at events and store locations for the marketing department.
- Assist in event setup and takedown when needed.
- Create mock social media posts using the content you gather.
- Ensure brand consistency by aligning all content with Fen’s Market guidelines and marketing goals.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Report directly to the Marketing Coordinator and provide insights into how to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Travel to various Fen’s Market locations, with occasional longer-distance travel as required.
- A college or university student studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with the public in an engaging and professional manner.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Has a solid understanding of social media trends, photography, and videography.
- Owns a reliable vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license (travel is required).
- Ideally based in the Moncton area for easier travel.
- A team player who is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to bring energy to the role.
