**Purpose**

We are looking for a motivated team member who is eager to learn and grow with the company. This team member should be self-motivated with the ability to respond and solve multiple demands concurrently. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality inside the units. Quality is the most important thing at ANANA Properties, and we pride ourselves on offering a 5-Star Experience for all of our guests. We offer a decentralized work environment which requires both on-site and off-site management.

**Responsibilities**
- Performing equipment installations, diagnosing and making repairs
- Maintain facilities to the highest standard; quality is everything
- Provide estimates of cost for fixing damaged appliances.
- Maintain an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances
- Respond to and solve/repair issues inside of units efficiently such as electrical, gas, laundry, stoves, microwaves, fridge, garburator, dishwashers and other home appliances.
- Manage upkeep of units; strong knowledge of assigned location
- Correspond with Property Managers in a timely manner
- Assist Design team with property setup

**Requirements**:

- Problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in household repairs/tasks including appliances, plumbing, mechanical skills, tools and more
- Positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a changing environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Having own tools is a plus

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
