Location: 5754 Hazeldean Road, Unit 12, Stittsville

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership-driven environment
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
- Ability to multitask
- Availability for daytime, nighttime or weekend shifts
