**Are you a disciplined, situationally aware professional with proven field experience?**
Black Fox Security Group Inc. is seeking **elite-level Event Security Guards** to join our high-performance team for casual and seasonal deployments at public events, festivals, VIP functions, and high-traffic venues across Southern Ontario.

Minimum **3 years of military or police service** (must be completed service, not academic)
**OR**
Minimum **5+ years in private security roles** in fast-paced, dynamic environments (e.g., crowd control, executive protection, high-risk venues, large-scale events)

**Role Summary**

As a Casual/Seasonal Event Security Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining public safety, ensuring access control, managing crowd flow, and responding rapidly to security incidents in high-traffic and unpredictable environments. You will represent the high standards of Black Fox Security Group Inc. at all times with professionalism, situational awareness, and exceptional judgment under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the safety of event attendees, staff, vendors, and property
- Enforce access control, check credentials, and secure perimeter zones
- Monitor crowds for suspicious behaviour, potential threats, or safety risks
- Respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, and security incidents
- Liaise professionally with local law enforcement, medical teams, and event organizers
- Complete post-shift incident reports and detailed activity logs
- Uphold client confidentiality and represent Black Fox Security with integrity

**Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years completed service in the **military** or **police force**
- OR_
- Minimum 5 years in **private security** (event security, mobile patrol, high-risk assignments)
- Valid Ontario **Security Guard License**:

- Current **First Aid/CPR Certification**:

- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of standing for long periods
- Willing to work **evenings, weekends, and holidays** on short notice
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Tactical, defensive tactics, or close protection training
- Experience in managing ejections, protests, or crowd surges
- Use of force certification (e.g., handcuffing, baton)
- Previous work in VIP or media-sensitive events
- Bilingualism or multilingualism an asset

Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Night shift
- Weekends only
