**Job Opportunity: Front Counter Receptionist at Dolphin Dry Cleaners - McKenzie Towne**
**Must Reside in SE Calgary**
We are seeking a dependable and personable Front Counter Receptionist to join our team at Dolphin Dry Cleaners in McKenzie Towne. In this role, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include serving customers, accurately bagging and tagging garments, pressing shirts, and managing wash and fold services for linens and undergarments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage dry cleaning processes and ensure garments are pressed to a high standard.
- Accurately bag and tag clothing items.
- Handle wash and fold services with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns professionally.
**Working Hours**:
- Full-time hours: Monday - Saturday
- Sundays off
**Requirements**:
- Friendly, reliable, and strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience in dry cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
