ATCO Frontec is seeking a Janitor to join our Camp Services team near Delta Junction, Alaska, USA. The Janitor/Driver is responsible for ensuring the highest sanitation standards are upheld throughout the Camp.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform janitorial and cleaning duties to maintain the highest sanitation standards.
- Ensure the proper order, maintenance, and cleanliness of all janitorial equipment.
- Drive a company vehicle to various locations, including offices and camp spaces, to provide cleaning services.
- Clean and maintain lobbies, common areas, gyms, restrooms, offices, walkways, ramps, and stairways.
- Ensure walkways are free from snow, mud, and other debris, both inside and outside the buildings.
- Operate and maintain a 35-passenger bus for transportation when required.
- Sweep, scrub, wash, and polish floors, as well as clean rugs.
- Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork to maintain a clean environment.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to the appropriate disposal area.
- Perform garbage removal and ensure proper disposal protocols are followed.
- Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.
- Handle additional janitorial or cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial, cleaning, or custodian roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with mínimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Work Schedule:

- Rotation: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
- Shifts: 12 hours per day (day or night)
