This role is responsible for operating multiple pieces of equipment inside and outside the building as well as performing a variety of tasks related to the picking, packaging, staging, and loading of composite products and accessories.
**Responsibilities**
- Work in compliance with all company rules and regulations.
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and SOPs.
- Wear all PPE required and work in a safe manner.
- Participate in all company mandated training in good faith.
- Come to work prepared (both mentally and materially) to work in a variety of environments.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure products downsized and packed are of the required quality.
- Strap, tag, bag, inspect and downsize composite as required.
- Label parts & products clearly and accurately.
- Complete appropriate forms legibly and clearly.
- Work cooperatively with a team to achieve production targets.
- Maintain good housekeeping in all assigned areas.
- Abide to OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) workplace health and safety standards.
- Report all Health & Safety issues immediately.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Forklift License, an asset
- Proficiency in English
- The capacity to stand for significant periods of time (7 hours or more)
- The ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.
- Good manual dexterity, hand eye co-ordination
- Is comfortable completing repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos & schedules.
- Work independently and be flexible regarding work assignments.
- Proficiency in English

**Pay Rate**: $20:68
Day shift : 6am - 4pm
