**Status**: Permanent, Full-Time

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm(evening shift)

**Place of Work**:CRF AgriTech LP’s plant, 263 Edwards St, St Thomas, Ontario.
- Sollio Agriculture of Canada and Pursell of Alabama are operating a controlled-release fertilizer plant in St. Thomas, Ontario under the CRF AgriTech banner._
- The plant manufactures CRFs (acronym for controlled-release fertilizer) based on Pursell's innovative technology which allows the coating of any type of granular fertilizer and the addition of minor elements and other biological agents._
- Through this collaboration, we are committed to improving grower productivity and yield by developing the greatest controlled release fertilizer in the world with a focus on environmental stewardship._

**_ OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:_**
- As the Quality Assurance Lab Support :_
- You will be responsible for the quality assurance processes of all products;
- You will focus on providing accurate testing results while maintaining a detailed product log database that is clear and easy to access;
- You will be proactive in identifying and implementing new approaches and testing methods as new business needs surface;
- You will identify training needs to ensure that processes and procedures are understood and enacted;
- You will play a leadership role in communicating all activities of the laboratory to management within the business

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:_**
- Perform all related testing in accordance with SOP’s to ensure products are within required product specifications and meet established quality standards.
- Oversees implementation of quality assurance procedures
- Keep detailed logs of all product tests and results to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Retain product samples in an organized manner for future inspection/testing.
- Assist the CRF AgriTech team in investigation of complaints and follow up.
- Identify and alert Plant Manager and GM if product is out of specification.
