Job Posting: In-Home Personal Assistant (Part-Time) - Stouffville, ON

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**Location**: Primarily in-person at a private household in Stouffville, with occasional travel to Toronto or other nearby municipalities as needed.
**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Role Overview:
A busy family in Stouffville is seeking a reliable and hands-on personal assistant to help manage household routines and support two school-aged children (5 and 7). This is an in-home, weekday role ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both family and household responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Laundry**: Wash, fold, and organize clothing and linens
- **Meal Support**: Order or go out to buy groceries, prep simple meals, and make children’s school lunches
- **Tidying**: Light daily cleaning, dishes, and general organization (a professional cleaner handles weekly deep cleans)
- **Garden/Yard Work**: Basic outdoor maintenance such as watering, weeding, and tidying
- **Hot Tub Maintenance**: Monitor water levels and adjust chemicals as needed (training provided)
- **Childcare**: Meet children at the bus stop, provide after-school snacks, and supervise outdoor play (3 to 4 children, including occasional care for visiting cousins)
- **Scheduling**: Manage family calendars, appointments, and school/activity reminders
- **Homework Help**: Review school notes and assist with daily homework
- **Pet Care**: Let the family dog out for regular backyard runs and exercise
- **Family Assistance**: Occasionally assist the employer’s parents, who live next door, with light household tasks
- **Driving**: Handle school/activity pick-ups and errands (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed)
- **Business Support**: Assist with tasks related to Toronto Art Restoration Inc., including administrative work and occasional travel to Toronto or other cities for project support

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.) for scheduling and communication
- Valid G-class Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Confident, kind, and attentive when working with children and pets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Capable of performing light housekeeping and yard work
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- CPR/First Aid certification and/or childcare experience is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.65-$23.74 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
