Construction Superintendent

**Adi Development Group** is looking for a
**Construction Site Superintendent** to work on our high rise landmark residential developments.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee the Adi construction management process per project; Budget, Scheduling, Safety and Design in conjunction with the Owners, Project Manager, Engineers and Site Team to deliver results.
- Create, Monitor, and update project schedules and ensure the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed and provide updates to the Project Manager/Senior Management as required
- Organize and Supervise site staff, trades and contractors and ensure that they are performing as required and reporting progress; Tracking/logging daily manpower on site and maintaining a project diary
- Ensure that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed and liaise with government inspectors on the standard requirements of the site
- Ensure the quality of work and materials are upheld - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards
- Ensure that the budget is followed; work with the Project Manager in managing all Division 1 costs
- Order materials as needed

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years progressive experience in construction as a Site Superintendent with a record of completing **full-cycle** residential construction projects
- Have a post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
- Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
- Possess thorough knowledge building large scale residential construction projects
- Able to read construction working drawings including and not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings
- Must have strong budgeting and scheduling skills. Aptitude with scheduling software and project management software is a must
- A valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel to various office locations

**Nice to Have Skills/Experience**:

- Have taken courses or certifications in project management or have PMP designation
- Experience or knowledge of Lean methodology
- Goal Seal Certification
- General Carpenter (403A)
