Manager Homemaker

**Role Overview**
As our first Manager Homemaker, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, ensuring that our clients’ homes are kept pristine and their daily tasks managed efficiently. You will be directly involved in managing home cleaning, cooking basic meals, caring for pets, and handling laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing. Your work will greatly impact the comfort and convenience of our valued clients.

This role offers significant career growth opportunities. As MyHomemaker expands, you'll have the chance to transition into corporate roles, contributing to the strategic direction and operations of the company. You'll also be expected to eventually lead recruitment and training efforts, with compensation adjustments reflecting your expanded responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed and efficient housekeeping tasks, ensuring homes meet high cleanliness standards.
- Provide attentive care and companionship for pets within the household.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
- Prepare basic meals according to client dietary preferences (meal prep).
- Utilize technology for scheduling, communication, and task management.
- Solve problems proactively, adapting to clients’ unique home and lifestyle needs.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in hospitality or related fields.
- Comfortable and experienced working around and caring for pets.
- Strong laundry management skills with knowledge of proper fabric care.
- Proven ability to prepare basic nutritious meals (meal prepping).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Technologically savvy, comfortable using mobile apps and scheduling software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think independently.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).

**Additional Considerations**
- Background check and references required.
- Own transportation preferred, or comfortable using public transportation.
- Training and ongoing support provided.
