**Main responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Make appointments, call backs, and confirm appointments.
- Open and update files.
- Receive and participate in the inventory of frames.
- Ensure the collection of fees and products sold.
- Performs preliminary eye exam tests.
- Participate in branch management activities to maintain an excellent experience;
- Assist customers in the selection of frames and lenses under the supervision of the professional.

**Requirements**:
Experience in customer service and sales.
