**Location**:Innisfail, Alberta
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM with overtime opportunities based on production demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Surface Preparation: Perform sandblasting, cleaning, and abrasive techniques to ensure optimal adhesion.
Epoxies, urethanes, and internal linings
- Chlorobutyl rubber and fiberglass coatings
- Fireproofing (an asset)
- Work on tanks and vessels ranging from 400 to 3,000 barrels.
- Operate and maintain spray equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and third-party inspections.
- Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 (preferred); Level 2 is an asset.
- SSPC Certifications: C7 (Abrasive Blasting) and C12 (Spray Application) are considered an asset.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in industrial painting/coating.
- Strong understanding of industrial coatings, including epoxies, urethanes, and linings.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and workplace safety practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on high-quality finishes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment/materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- A strong team player who can also work independently.
