A career in IT at National Bank means contributing to the Bank’s transformation and having a direct impact on clients. The IT Delivery, Payments, Cards, Data and Portfolios group is currently seeking an advisor who wishes to pursue the development of the team responsible for risk management and cross-sector files, in order to promote their development based on business objectives. This position is at the centre of the sector's transformation, including new work practices and tools and a variety of initiatives.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide an overview of our sector activities, e.g., by producing statistics and dashboards
- Help optimize and consolidate controls to make them more efficient
- Help ensure the sector's compliance and help them respond to auditors
- Participate in identifying and following up on the unit’s operational risks and act as a coach and resource person for the delivery teams
- Participate in the development of processes and support tools

**Your profile**
- Sound knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, EasyBI)
- Understanding of banking products and systems
- Interested in learning and recommending new ways of doing things
- Strong ability to analyze and summarize complex situations.
- Desire to work in an environment where independence and creativity are strongly encouraged
- Ability to assume a leadership role and ensure that the objectives of various groups are met through teamwork
- Experience in risk management, a considerable asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Rigorous and diligent
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously
- Very good knowledge of Jira
- Command of spoken and written French, English an asset, as you must communicate with anglophone service providers/clients
