**How does the role impact the organization?**

This role provides support to the branches and is responsible for ensuring the clients’ profile information is accurate and readily available.

**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Participate in the general administration of New Account openings, Account Updates to client information, recurring event setups, quality control review, and external mail duties;
- Collect and record New Account and Account Update data for Key Performance Measurement tracking;
- Update the Procedure Manual as required by changes in processing and workflow;
- Assist in Account Update initiatives;

- Collect and record New Account and Account Update data for Key Performance Measurement tracking; and
- Provide timely and effective internal as well as external client service.

**What do we expect from you?**

**_ To qualify for this opportunity you possess:_**
- Concepts, practices and procedures of securities industry and/or banking compliance;
- Principles of finance and securities industry operations;
- Work within deadlines in a high-volume and demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail;
- Communicate proficiently in French is an asset;
- Demonstrate a professional manner to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization; and
- Exercise tact and discretion in the handling of confidential information.

**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements**
- A minimum of 1 year of industry related experience; and
- Post-secondary education.

**Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc)** $45,000-$55,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
