**Role Summary**

The Lot Attendant is an integral part of the dealership team, responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership’s vehicle inventory and lot. You will ensure vehicles are prepared for customer delivery, assist with vehicle movement, and contribute to the dealership’s professional appearance. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working in a team environment, and are passionate about the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Vehicle Management**: Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot to ensure efficient flow and optimal presentation.
- ** Lot Appearance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking lot, including cleaning up debris and ensuring proper vehicle alignment.
- ** Customer Assistance**: Greet customers as needed and assist them in locating vehicles or directing them to appropriate staff.
- ** Vehicle Cleaning**: Perform cleaning, including exterior washes and interior vacuuming, for vehicles being displayed or delivered to customers.
- ** Delivery Preparation**: Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready for customer pickup.
- ** Damage Inspections**: Inspect vehicles for damage during movement and report any issues to management promptly.
- ** Team Support**: Collaborate with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- ** Weather Management**: Help clear snow, salt walkways, or provide other weather-related maintenance as needed.
- ** Key Management**: Maintain a secure and organized system for vehicle keys, ensuring accessibility for authorized personnel only.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and light lifting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
