**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide structured lessons in cartooning, character design, and storytelling for beginner to advanced students.
- Develop lesson plans that balance technical skill-building (line work, shading, expressions, backgrounds) with creativity and imagination.
- Demonstrate drawing techniques live (digital or traditional).
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students.
- Organize group workshops, private lessons, and community art sessions.
- Support promotional activities (student showcases, exhibitions, or online demos).
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a cartoon artist, illustrator, or animator (portfolio required).
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (art classes, workshops, or one-on-one lessons).
- Strong drawing skills in both traditional and digital media.
- Ability to communicate artistic techniques in a clear, encouraging way.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others unlock their creativity.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with digital illustration tools (Photoshop, Procreate, Illustrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of comic strip design, storyboarding, or animation basics.
- Background in art education or community programs.
