**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of educational programs and activities for children.
- Provide support to lead educators in classroom management and programming.
- Foster a positive learning environment by engaging with children and encouraging their development.
- Collaborate with team members to create inclusive experiences for all children, including those with special needs.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other staff members.
- Document observations and participate in assessments of children's development.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
- Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen and AQI
- Strong organizational skills, time management and punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience leading group activities is beneficial.
- Experience with classroom and behavior management.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
