Machine Operation: Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality throughout the tempering process, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery, and implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs performed, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings, and collaborate with management to implement changes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as required.
- Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to temperature variations, dust, and chemical fumes.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate tools and manipulate small parts with precision.
