IT Specialist (Saliance Global Holdings)

Location: 8540 River Road, Richmond

**Responsibilities**:
1. System & Network Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network components (LAN/WAN).

2. Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot system and network issues, and serve as an escalation point for complex problems.

3. Security & Backups:
Manage data backup operations, administer user authorizations, and implement network security measures like firewalls to protect systems and data.

4. Documentation:
Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and system configuration guides.

5. Problem-Solving:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and capacity.

Qualifications & Skills:
l Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical support role.

l Excellent ability to diagnose technical problems and find effective solutions.

l Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

l A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.78 per year
