CST Coal currently has an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor (Salary / Staff) in our Finance
Department. The position will work at the Mine Site office on a 40-hour week EDO schedule and reports
to the Senior Purchaser.

**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for the planning, scheduling and directing of all work activities in the
warehouse.
- Ensuring safe work procedures, standards and policies are understood and followed by

warehouse personnel.
- Assist in development of new procedures or updating of existing procedures as required.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within the warehouse
- Oversee inventory counts, housekeeping and other miscellaneous tasks
- Analyze, improvise and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain data to support the management and accounting of all inventory components.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience required
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certified Warehouse Certificate or
- 5 Years job related experience in Procurement, Warehousing and / or Logistics.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel spreadsheets.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- Work under pressure.
- Good understanding of mining business processes and equipment terminology.
