Mountain View Home in Abbotsford is a serene residential facility dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for its residents. We are seeking a reliable, skilled individual to take on the role of Gardener and General Maintenance Worker. If you have a passion for landscaping, gardening, and ensuring that spaces are well-maintained, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, watering, pruning, and maintaining flower beds.
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain outdoor areas to ensure an appealing landscape.
- General maintenance of the grounds, including small repairs and upkeep of outdoor facilities.
- Conduct basic repairs and upkeep within the property, such as fixing leaks, repairing fixtures, and ensuring general safety.
- Ensure that outdoor and indoor areas are clean, safe, and free of debris.
- Collaborate with management to develop a schedule for regular maintenance and landscaping tasks.
- Perform seasonal work, such as snow removal, gutter cleaning, and seasonal planting.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, and shrubs, as well as lawn care techniques.
- Basic handyman skills for general repairs.
- Ability to operate gardening tools and basic maintenance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining the highest standard of care.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
