**Job Overview**:
**Commission and bonus pay with on target sales quota. Full-Time opportunity available with commission and bonus pay. Sales development and account management training provided by proven 3rd party consulting firm. A book of business is provided.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, grocery chains, and food retail accounts.
- Identify and approach potential new retail partners to introduce our product range and secure shelf space.
- Present and promote products effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create targeted promotional strategies and in-store activations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and managing product issues or concerns as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales and account management experience with a focus on supermarkets, grocery chains, or food retailers.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the supermarket and food retail industry, including buyer dynamics and sales cycle.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Able to present products compellingly and maintain strong professional relationships.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Dedicated to delivering value and service to customers, with problem-solving abilities.
- **Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented**: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Existing network or contacts within the local supermarket and food retail sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
- Experience in food and beverage distribution is a plus.

**Job Details**:

- **Hours**: Flexible part-time schedule (20-25 hours per week).
- **Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate plus performance-based incentives.
- **Location**: Remote work with regular travel to local supermarkets and retail locations for in-person client meetings.
