**Job Title: Cleaner**

**Location**: Coquitlam, BC

**Pay Rate**: $22.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual (adjust as needed)

**Schedule**: Day / Evening / Weekend shifts available

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to company and/or client standards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical condition - must be able to stand, bend, and lift as needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
