Key Responsibilities:

- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
- Spread salt or de-icing agents to prevent ice buildup
- Ensure all work is preformed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and clean equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Qualifications:

- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and work in cold weather conditions.
- Previous snow removal experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
