**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Estimating**:
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates for plumbing, MUA, HVAC, fire suppression systems and sprinklers.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to develop comprehensive cost estimates.

**Material Procurement**:
Identify and source materials and equipment required for projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.

**Labour/Manpower Scheduling**:
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adequate manpower is allocated to meet project timelines.

Coordinate with field supervisors and project managers to optimize workforce efficiency.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor a team of skilled tradespeople and support staff within the division.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, safety, and professional development.

**Quality Control**:
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

**Client Communication**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, changes, and concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in project management within the plumbing, MUA, HVAC, fire suppression and sprinkler industry.

Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Excellent estimating and budgeting skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing, HVAC, or fire suppression are an asset.
