**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility/lodge's.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, hydraulic system and refrigeration
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored & put back after use.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and management.
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Competence in reading schematics to understand complex systems.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records within CMMS.
