**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **PDI Technician** to join our team at Larry's Small Engines. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling units from factory (taking out of shipping crate), performing pre-delivery inspections and installing accessories as required on various powersports vehicles and lawn & garden equipment. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Uncrate and assemble powersports vehicles and lawn & garden products from factory.
- Read and successfully follow instructions for both pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and accessory installations.
- Note any crate damage and reports to service department for repair.
- Program units using diagnostic software (basic computer skills required).
- Install accessories as required on new builds and units coming in for additional accessory installations.
- Install accessories with electrical elements, such as sound systems, power windows, additional lighting, winches, etc. Must be comfortable working with wiring/electrical components.
- Keep work station clean and organized.
- Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner and clearly communicate updates to sales department.
- Perform online and in-house training as required.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Marine Technician 435B, Motorcycle Technician 310G, and/or Small Engine Technician 435A and/or proven experience as a technician in a dealership or similar environment
- Experience working with BRP (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Lynx, and Can-Am products) and Honda ATV/SxS products considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of BRP LinQ system and Honda Pro-Connect System considered an asset.
- Must have own tools.
- Some heavy lifting required.
- Electrical knowledge is essential for some installations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.23-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
