**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Manager, Personal Finance and Employer Relations, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting research on current financial wellness topics, emerging trends, and what services similar organizations are offering.
- Updating and editing existing content for reports and presentations, in addition to creating new materials for RICs to approve.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. This would include developing strategies for membership engagement while working on how to educate and engage PEPP members at different stages in their life cycle in their pension plan
- Support the RICs during member workshops by delivering and/or presenting at group workshops to Stakeholders and union representatives about their pension plans and retirement options
- Coordinate workshop logistics, including venue reservations, website updates, and maintenance of the registration system. Manage invoicing processes, oversee survey administration, and monitor budgets for RIC-related activities.
- Comprehend PEPP retirement options thoroughly, deliver retirement income options presentations to members, and address member inquiries regarding retirement income options through phone consultations
- Report key metrics quarterly for Quarterly Admin report. Promote RIC workshops via e-blasts and online communications. Prepare materials for RIC meetings, assist Communications and ERC departments as needed
- Additionally, you may be assigned by management to support other operational activities as needed to meet business requirements.
