**Leadership**
- Lead a team of accident and benefit claims handlers as they navigate options that contribute to solutions
- Provide direction, guidance, training and technical advice to aid in the development of ClaimCare advisors and exceptional customer service
- Identifies and addresses barriers to effective teamwork

**Communication**
- Communicate department objectives and motivate team towards meeting and exceeding customer service standards
- Identifies and analyses opportunities for innovation and collaboration

**Required Experience**
- Minimum of 7 years of Accident Benefits handling experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a team and prior leadership experience preferred
- Prior handling of CAT AB claims is required
- University or College degree or equivalent experience is required
- CIP/FCIP/CRM required or in progress
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills#LI-Hybrid
