**Join Our Team at TapRoot Fibre Spinning Mill**

TapRoot Fibre Spinning Mill is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We offer custom milling services for wool, alpaca, and flax producers and are proud to present our new yarn line, Scotian Spun. Our new yarn line, designed and spun right here in Nova Scotia using various fibres included those imported from other regions of the world.

**Job Duties**
- Process fibre using processing equipment
- Keep machines in good maintenance as per operators manual and established policies and practices at the mill.
- Keep orders organized as per established policies and practices at the mill.
- Continuously keep fibre processing in the machines
- Problem solve machines with gears, motors, and controls
- Keep space clean and organized and orders flowing through the mill
- Follow safety expectations (including the wearing of a respirator, if using flax).
- Any other tasks as required

**Education and Work Experience Requirement**

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of a High school certificate. Post secondary education is an asset. Ideally we would like to hire someone who is trained and has experience in fibre, mechanical fibre processing, and mechanical spinning.
