**Cranston Homes is a residential construction company, looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for SPRUCE GROVE, AB.**

**The Opportunity**

**Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor has the following roles and responsibilities**:

- **Daily planning of project tasks to ensure project work adheres to schedule and timeline**:

- **Organize and coordinate site activities**:

- **Supervise all construction activities**:

- **Oversee site construction and on-site safety.**:

- **Ability to lead a team by being a good and effective communicator**:

- **Conduct pre-possession and possession meetings with our customers.**:

- **Complete post-possession items on the deficiency report in a professional and timely manner.**:

- **Have experience or be willing to receive training on BuilderTrend - scheduling program**:

- **Able to work well in a team or on your own**:

- **Prior supervising experience an asset**:

- **Punctual**:

- **Self motivated**:

- **Positive attitude**:

- **Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 however must also be available after hours incase of urgent matters.**

**3 years experience supervising residential construction minimum.**

**We are looking to hire immediately.**

**Experience**:

- Construction Superintendents: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
