**Job Title: Housekeeper / Cleaner**

**Locations**: Bodega Ridge, Bodega Cove & The Pink Geranium
**Reports to**: General Manager & Housekeeping Lead
**Employment Type**: Part-time or Full-time (Seasonal or Year-Round)

**Position Summary**

The Housekeeper/Cleaner plays an essential role in ensuring that all Bodega properties—Bodega Ridge, Bodega Cove, and The Pink Geranium—are spotless, welcoming, and consistently guest-ready. This position supports the warm, elevated West Coast hospitality experience our guests come to Bodega for.

**Compensation & Perks**

**Wage**: $22/hour
**Additional Compensation**:

- Tips shared among the housekeeping/service team
- Event bonuses during weddings, retreats, and large bookings

**Key ResponsibilitiesCabin & Room Cleaning**
- Clean and reset cabins at Bodega Ridge and Bodega Cove to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, restock towels and amenities
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, fridges, and BBQs
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain all surfaces
- Follow standardized cleaning checklists for consistency

**Common Areas & Café Cleaning**
- Clean lodge spaces, washrooms, hallways, and gathering areas
- At The Pink Geranium: clean café seating, retail areas, floors, washrooms, and back-of-house
- Restock bathroom supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout the day

**Laundry**
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels
- Maintain fast turnaround on high-occupancy days
- Monitor and report inventory levels

**Outdoor & Grounds Support**
- Sweep decks and patios; clean and reset outdoor furniture
- Remove garbage and recycling
- Restock firewood and other amenities as needed

**Guest Experience**
- Ensure cabins are beautifully staged for guest arrivals
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Support wedding and retreat turnover as required
- Provide excellent service when interacting with guests

**Requirements / Qualifications**
- Experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred (not required)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Comfortable working across all three properties
- Physically able to lift 30-40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation (staff housing available)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
