Mercer’s Implementation Services team is seeking an **Implementation Specialist**:

**We will count on you to**:

- Delivering on complex new business implementation projects, change requests,, client projects, and Enterprise projects for a wide range of global clients
- Consulting with clients to gather benefit and system requirements, translating schema into technical solutionsand documenting accurately
- Managing or inputting into project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and change control
- Preparing system functional specifications
- Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity

**What you need to have**:

- Display solid experience of managing and consulting in projects, ideally multiple projects concurrently
- Have previous experience of implementation consulting for an enterprise software product within a client facing environment
- Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees
- Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital
- Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused
- Able to speak French and English Bilingual

**What makes you stand out**:

- Experience in benefits or benefits enrolment software or administration
- Experience helping to improve processes and give feedback to a wider team and management
- Experience in use of Kantata/ Mavenlink, jira, confluence, project management software
