Commission-Only Sales Representative - Multi-Unit Renovation Projects

Are you a confident, results-driven sales professional with connections in real estate, property development, or property management?

We’re a fast-growing renovation company specializing in **full-scope, multi-unit renovations** for **property developers and property management groups.** We’re looking for an experienced **Sales Representative** to help expand our B2B client base — on a **100% commission basis.**

What We Do:
We offer full-service renovation solutions for:

- Multi-residential units (occupied or vacant)
- Rental property turnovers
- Complete interior upgrades (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, finishes)
- Custom packages tailored for developers and building owners

What You’ll Do:

- Prospect and connect with property developers, REITs, and property management firms
- Generate leads and set up project consultations
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Present tailored renovation solutions and close contracts
- Act as a liaison between the client and our project team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
