**Job Role**: We are currently seeking a **Superintendent** to join our Regional Team in **Langley, BC.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Studying plans and specifications for construction
- Support estimating in the development of successful bid strategies and execution plans
- Providing leadership to multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Ability to manage conflict
- Developing and mentoring skilled craft workers and labourer’s
- Procurement of tools and materials
- Ability to work in a team environment consisting of front-line staff to executives.
- Preparing detailed progress reports and inspecting work.
- Ability to travel required

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience_
- 5 years progressive experience as a Construction Superintendent, and Geotechnical Construction is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills required, and solid experience working in a union environment
- Valid driver’s license and copy of drivers abstract from ICBC

Physical Requirements:

- Able to carry / lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test.
