**Scope**:
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Manufacturing Technician will service the Moulding department by providing packaging materials to the work centers and support general material handling duties within the Moulding department. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. Provide relief and back up for Production Assistants and Material Handler.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and prepare supplies and packaging materials to the workstations.
- Assist with the movement of finished goods.
- Ensure the moulding area including the mezzanine is organized and uncluttered.
- Remove unused materials from the floor.
- Provide break relief at the workstations.
- Return unused raw materials (fitments, handles etc.) and packaging materials to their storage location, ensuring they are well packaged and remain free from contamination.
- Prepare materials for the incoming shift.
- Conduct production counts as well as entering and validating production data into the SAP system.
- All other responsibilities defined in the operating procedures or as directed by the Supervisor or Lead Hand.

**Qualifications**:

- Work with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge and understanding of product codes and packaging specifications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good mathematical and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Licensed forklift operator.
- 2-3 Years manufacturing experienced.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn tasks over and above current responsibilities.
