The most successful client service representative will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

Generate sales leads

Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage clients

**Requirements and skills**

Proven client support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully

Ability to work individually and as a team member

High school diploma

Proficient in MS Outlook, Spreadsheets and Word

General computer knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
