**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Bobcat and other heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, graders, and bulldozers to perform various construction tasks.
- Execute paving operations with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct horizontal drilling as required for specific project needs.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery on-site.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, utilizing strong mechanical knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with Bobcats and related machinery.
- Commercial driving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with paving techniques and processes is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with horizontal drilling, backhoe operation, grader operation, and bulldozer operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation are advantageous.

Pay: $26.00-$38.74 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
