As we eagerly anticipate the opening of our new clinic, we’re searching for an experienced **Phlebotomist**.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples and performing related procedures with the highest standard of patient care. Your commitment to creating a positive, respectful, and supportive experience for _every_ patient sets you apart.

**What you’ll Do**:

- Perform venipuncture, capillary blood collection efficiently and safely, BP, ECG, Vaccines, Hearing Test, INBody analysis, Lung Function Test while always prioritizing patient comfort and dignity. *_Please note_ there will be on site training for the hearing, lung function and INBody tests.*
- Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Accurately document patient information and specimen details in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and respond to questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Ordering, and keeping inventory of supplies. Restocking of medical supplies, and restocking/prepping exam rooms.
- Scanning, uploading documents to patient charts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.

**What you’ll Bring**:

- Completion of a recognized Phlebotomy program or equivalent experience.
- Current certification and registration as required.
- Minimum of Five (5) years Phlebotomy experience
- Proven track record of delivering patient-centered care in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Additional duties as assigned
