**Job Summary**

The Vice President, Canadian Operations will be responsible for building the team and leading the Canadian SERVPRO Franchise System.

**You Will**
- Conduct Business in accordance with the Company’s mission, vision, and purpose.
- Develop a One Team Franchisee/Franchisor culture.
- Lead and rapidly develop SERVPRO throughout Canada in the areas of new ownership, existing ownership expansion, broker, and mergers/acquisitions.
- Build the SERVPRO brand to be the premier restoration and reconstruction organization in Canada.
- Ensure the Operating System remains current, relevant, and well-documented.
- Oversee the Franchise’s implantation of Stages of Development.
- Work with Franchises to certify that SERVPRO systems and technology are adapted and utilized.
- Manage results of each Franchise Business Consultant
- Execute one-on-one visits with Franchise owners, in addition to observing FBC visits in order to provide coaching and feedback.
- Work with Franchisees to develop and execute an annual strategic plan and budget.
- Drive results to equal or exceed the annual budget.
- Assure SERVPRO is fulfilling its obligation to help Franchisees achieve personal and business goals.
- Ensure consistent services and pricing are performed by franchisees using the SERVPRO Operating Systems
- Meet and educate franchise prospects on the features and benefits of a SERVPRO franchise.
- Responsible for quality assurance including NPS scores, Franchise SLAs, and dispute resolution.
- Make certain that Canadian Franchises operate in a manner that qualifies for selection on the Insurance Company’s Preferred Vendor List.
- Work to maximize the number of accounts on which franchises receive work
- Make sure Franchises participate and comply with National Accounts Programs.
- Leverage U.S. resources when applicable: Franchise Expansion; Marketing, Advertising and Web Services; Call Center; Commercial Large Loss/Storm; Training; Drying Equipment.

**You Have**
- Minimum of eight (8) years in a supervisory or director-level role, preferably with a business consulting background.
- Franchising experience required.
- Experience working with the insurance industry is required.
- Strong leadership, supervision, team building, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to represent the organization before both internal and outside groups.
- Critical, solutions-oriented thinking a must.
- Highly organized and efficient working style.
- Hands-on approach -Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Team-player with deep sense of ownership.
- Comprehensive/broad technical knowledge and experience.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and consulting skills.
- Skilled at working in a matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related degree.

**Working Conditions**
- Fast-paced work environment (sitting, standing, walking, and talking)
- Up to 50% Travel; vehicle and airline travel
- Weekend hours or travel as needed to support Franchise operations.

Salary of CA$215,000-250,000 (based on experience) plus 25% incentive bonus opportunity.
