**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Utilize phone etiquette to engage with clients, answer inquiries, and provide information on offerings.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales processes from initial contact through closing, including upselling additional products or services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales environment.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish, to better serve diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in sales management or support roles is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
