**Mission**:
**Your Role**

The Director of R&D, BU Turkeys is responsible for managing the overall activities of the R&D department and pedigree operations. In this role, the Director will ensure the development, implementation, and management of the breeding program for all genetic lines. This position is part of the BU Management team and will lead the Product Development Team in overall strategy and targets.

**Profil**:
**Your Profile**
- You have a degree in Animal Science/Animal Breeding
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant R&D experience (with a preference for poultry experience)
- You are an experienced leader of people and are passionate about animal breeding and genetics
