**IT support technician (On-site)**

Our growing company is looking for an onsite IT support/service technician in Kelowna HQ. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of qualifications below.
- **Responsibilities for IT support technician**_
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks for clients onsite and using remote access tools and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on how to operate and optimize their IT infrastructure and devices.
- Perform system updates, backups, security checks, and performance monitoring remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printing, and network issues using remote diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues using online platforms and tools.
- Document and report IT incidents, solutions, and feedback.
- Monitoring and maintenance for server-room infrastructure, including VPN and firewall.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of company processes, procedures, and product information.
- Providing excellent customer service to our employees
- Websites administration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Education - Two-year Diploma or above in Information Technology.
- Enjoy meeting people and building relationships with the employees you support.
- Understand the process of configuring laptops and desktops software distribution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
