We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Transportation Analyst to join our Transportation team in Aldergrove, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Inbound Logistics, you will be responsible for the integration of vendors into our inbound freight management programs, maintaining and growing our carrier and vendor relationships, negotiating rates, and advocating for Supply Chain solutions.

You will be responsible for:

- Collecting and analyzing data to identify and implement freight management opportunities with inbound vendors.
- Negotiating freight allowances directly with suppliers.
- Evaluating, sourcing, and negotiating with carriers directly related to the Inbound Freight Program.
- Providing analytical support and researching activities to support the Supply Chain teams.
- Establishing new requirements and programs for vendors, merchandisers, and carriers.
- Maintaining existing inbound programs including carrier and vendor KPIs.
- Managing and maintaining the PFG transportation systems and databases.
- Supporting daily operations and internal partners including Transportation, Procurement, Warehousing, Merchandising and Finance.

You have:

- At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in a Supply Chain role.
- A logistics certification is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Supply Chain Management software including OMS, WMS, TMS, and Fleet Management.
- A detailed understanding of carrier operations, negotiation, pricing, and network service.
- A strong negotiator who possesses excellent people skills to develop and maintain the necessary business relationships and ongoing partnerships.

Compensation Details:
$70,110.00 - $87,638.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
